1 Apple/ 1 Mela

1 Cup of Mango/ 1 Tazza di Mango

1 Cup of Strawberries/ 1 Tazza di Fragole

1 Hand of Grapes/ 1 Manciata di Uva

2 Spoons of Flax Seeds/ 2 Cucchiai di Semi di Lino Macinato
