The Green & Detox Program, Day 4

Today is an amazing day. My results are starting to be visible and I feel so good having a high level of energy. The only “but” that I can say today is that I have some rash on my face, this is normal as my body is eliminating toxins. I didn’t interrupt my jogging routine and I went to have a very nice fast walk at the Monza Park. Mi level of energy didn’t drop even when I was working out. I also had a very light normal dinner, and I have to say that having light dinners help me to sleep better…so happy and feeling so good with this Program so far!!!

Oggi giornata incredibile. I risultati iniziano ad essere visibili e io mi sento alle mille meraviglie. Ho però qualche sfogo sul viso forse perché il mio corpo sta eliminando tutte le tossine. Ieri sono andata a fare una camminata veloce al Parco per un ora e non ho avuto calli di energia. La sera ho fatto una cena leggerissima a casa e i risultati questa mattina sono questi:

Bust / Busto: 81,5 cm

Waist / Vita: 62 cm (-1 cm vrs ieri)

Hips / Fianchi: 86,5 cm (-0,5 cm vrs ieri)

Thigh / Coscia: 45 cm (-2 cm vrs ieri)

Weight / Peso: 49,2 kg (-0,2 kg vrs ieri)


 

Today’s Recipe: Plums & Berries / Susine e Frutti di Bosco

2 Hands of kale / 2 Manciate di Foglie di Cavolo Nero

1 Hand of Spinach / 1 Manciata di Spinaci

2 Cups of Water / 2 Tazze di Acqua

2 Apples / 2 Mele

1/2 Cup of Plums / 1/2 Tazza di Susine

1/2 Cup of Mixed Berries / 1/2 Tazza di Frutti di Bosco misti

2 Spoons of Flax Seeds / 2 Cucchiai di Semi di Lino Macinate

Note: Daily Dose, divide by the number of daily meals / Dosi giornaliera, suddividere a seconda dei pasti desiderati.
