1/2 Cup of Blueberries / 1/2 Tazza di Mirtilli

1 Plum / 1 Susina

1/2 Cup of Grapes / 1/2 Tazza di Uva

2 Spoons of Flax Seeds / 2 Cucchiai di Semi di Lino in macinati
