“Squid on Soya Sauce and Crackers in their Hue” by Chef Terry Giacomello. This plate was really astonishing to me. The simplicity of the look was as strong as the incredibility of the taste. The Squid was so soft that felt like butter in the mouth. The Crackers had an incredible taste of sea water and the contrast with the Soya Sauce increased the feeling of the sea…until I ate the leaves that balanced the whole experience softening in a sophisticated way the overall taste…wow. I asked to meet the Chef after tasting this plate!

“Calamari con Salsa di Soia e Cracker en su Tinta” dello Chef Terry Giacomello. Questo piatto mi ha davvero sorpresa. La semplicità del piatto era così forte quanto l’incredibilità del suo sapore. Il Calamaro era così soffice che si scioglieva come del burro. I Cracker avevano un incredibile sapore a Mare e il contrasto con la Salsa di Soia incrementava questa sensazione di Mare…finché non ho mangiato le foglie che hanno immediatamente bilanciato il sapore del piatto creando un’ incredibile sofisticata armonia…wow! Doppo di aver mangiato questo piatto ho chiesto di conoscere lo Chef!
