Green Smoothie: Apple, Mango & Strawberries

3 Hands of Spinach / 3 Manciate di Spinaci

2 Cups of Water / 2 Tazze di Acqua

1 Apple / 1 Mela

1/2 Cup of Mango / 1/2 Tazza di Mango

2 Cups of Strawberries / 2 Tazze di Fragole

2 Spoons of Minced Flax Seeds / 2 Cucchiai di Semi di Lino Macinato

Note: This Smoothie can be great as a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner /  Questo Frullato può essere un ottima Colazione, Pranzo o Cena.
